About 2 months ago, Daniel turned 3. He is now finally used to it enough that if you ask him how old he is he shouts with great joy and energy, "I'm free!"

He got lots of fun gifts from his brothers, sisters, parents, and grandparents.
After opening each gift he did this hilarious little happy dance. We recorded it on our camera as a little video but I don't know how to down load those :( But try to imagine this galloping skipping giggling run around the table. It was so funny.

For Daniels birthday he woke up to streamers and balloons and birthday signs all over the dinning room. That was the first great excitement for the day. Daniel is not one to be short on expressing excitement either. He jumped up and down yelling, "It's my birthday, it's my birthday!" It also happened to be on Friday which is "Sugar Day" at our house and naturally Daniels favorite day of the week. The combination was almost too much!
He got lots of fun gifts from his brothers, sisters, parents, and grandparents.
The one gift that he asked for was a chocolate cake. Well That was really easy to accommodate. He really enjoyed it too.
We sure do enjoy having Daniel in our family. He is so sweet and fun. He and Hans are like two peas in a pod. They are the very best of friends. Daniel is REALLY smart and loves to be a tease. Each and every day, we can't wait to see what he will come up with next.
Happy Birthday you wonderful little guy!
