it's pinewood derby time again!

Well, I don't know how many of you remember the nightmare of last years pinewood derby, but I for one remember it far too well. So when they announced that out derby this year was TWO days before Mike got home, I just wanted to cry. Thank the dear Lord for Uncle Ammon. he came to the rescue and helped Michael make his cool car, came to the derby and helped him get it all set to go. I really did and do thank the Lord for Ammon. Michael did awesome. He even beat the kid who always wins. He tied for first with another boy so on a coin toss got second. We are so pleased.
